Legacy theme data can be cleared in the browser
The current interface is light-only and does not offer or persist a light, dark, or system setting. A browser that visited an older version of the site may still contain a local-storage value named “theme” until the reader clears site data or the browser otherwise discards storage. Data saved for the former Replit origin belongs to that separate origin and cannot be removed by the current website. Driver Atlas has no account through which to associate that legacy value with a named person.
The current interface does not read that value to restore an appearance. It is not an advertising profile or analytics record, and there is no server-side deletion request needed for a value held only in the reader’s browser. Browser site-data controls can remove any remaining copy directly.
No submitted-content store exists
Driver Atlas has no account registration, comments, newsletter, contact form, support ticket, diagnostic upload, scan result, purchase record, or hosted driver download. It does not maintain application-level retention periods for those nonexistent services.
Library search is navigation over published content, not a device scan or private support field. Search terms may appear in a requested URL, browser history, and hosting logs if the URL is loaded. Do not enter passwords, serial numbers, recovery keys, or personal case histories.
Host and security logs are not yet verified
Replit infrastructure used to deliver https://www.driverpackcentral.com may record IP address, timestamps, requested paths, user-agent and referral headers, error details, or security events for ordinary page and asset requests. Replit is the verified public hosting platform, but processors, log locations, access controls, backup behavior, jurisdiction, and deletion schedule have not been supplied.
For that reason, this notice does not invent a retention period or promise immediate erasure.
What a reader can clear directly
Browser controls can inspect or remove site data for https://www.driverpackcentral.com. The former driver-education-library.replit.app origin has separate browser storage; clear its site data separately in browser settings if an older visit left a “theme” value there. Removing any legacy “theme” value affects that browser profile only; another profile or device has its own storage. Private-browsing sessions may handle storage differently, and enterprise policies can also control it. Clearing cookies alone may not clear local storage, so use the browser’s broader site-data control to remove a legacy value.
This action cannot erase entries that may exist in hosting or security logs, because those are separate infrastructure records. Conversely, asking a host about logs would not change a legacy value retained locally. Identifying which location holds the information prevents a request from being directed to the wrong system.
How to interpret “no application record”
If the application has no account, form, or analytics database, there may be no profile to look up by name or email. That does not prove that a particular network request never occurred; it means the content application did not create the listed user record. A possible IP-based server entry may also be shared, dynamic, incomplete, or difficult to associate with a person.
Deletion of an unknown record cannot be confirmed. Replit serves the public website, but actual log categories, purposes, access, backups, jurisdiction, and disposal rules have not been supplied.
Current limits and changes
There is no application record from forms, accounts, analytics, advertising, email, or external media. If these features are introduced, their data categories, purposes, retention periods, and reader controls would need accurate disclosures. Keeping information “just in case” is not a defined operational need.
Replit hosting is verified, but its relevant log schedule and jurisdiction and the operator’s identity remain unconfirmed; the privacy and contact pages describe those limits.
